MEET FRANK

Frank is native of California and lives in San Diego, CA with his wife, Desiree. Frank has spent his life helping leaders  navigate leadership challenges, trends, and the intersection of culture and faith. A former pastor of a growing multi-site church, he is the founder and Director of Plant SoCal where he has helped to start churches across the United States and Internationally. He is the co-founder of Simon Cross, a consulting business specializing in resourcing nonprofits.
