I don’t win all the things I attempt to do in life, even when I think what I want to accomplish is important. Even in ministry, there are setbacks. Setbacks can discourage us from future pursuits if we let them. It is easy to let go of a dream because hardwork brought progress to a crawl or you even have to take a step back.
I’ve resolved to keep pressing ahead and know that in the future, there will be some defeats but there will also be some victories. The victories will never come if I stop what I’m doing and play it safe. God doesn’t call us to live safe lives, he called us to change the world.
I’m living the challenge and looking for the next victory!
