I’m doing individual staff meetings next week with my team and I’m giving them permission to dream. I’m asking each one to tell me where they see themselves in one year. Then we will sit down and see if we can create a blueprint to make it happen. It should be exciting to see what God will do as we view dreaming as one aspect of God’s communication strategy.
