		<description><![CDATA[Just stopping by as promised. So you finished Tribes? Some of it just shook me. I like books that make me feel uncomfortable. I was grabbed by his statement, &quot;we used to burn heretics, now we celebrate them.&quot; Wow. Are we THAT stuck? Are we THAT blind? 

We must be changing because in my opinion, CONFLICT = EVENTUAL CHANGE. If we cannot sense excitement, anticipation or momentum, we sure in the heck know what conflict feels like. However, far too often, we blame the agitators then finally the disgruntled. The leader can choose to lead early and get a head of change or catch all the flax when things unravel. One way or another it will involve pain - i want to choose to burn early :)]]></description>
